- Material Inspections: Visual inspection of building materials prior to installation to insure product is not contaminate or does not host environment which would cause contamination. Prepared reports with photos and observations and recommendations.
- Phase Inspections: Phase 1- Completion of home under roof. Visual inspection and moisture mapping of installed framing material. Phase 2 – Completion of installed sheet rock. Visual inspection moisture mapping of installed sheet rock. Prepared reports with photos and observations and recommendations.
- Final Walkthrough Inspection: Visual Inspection and testing using fiber optic borescope, moisture meters, relative humidity, temperature gauges and Air sampling and or surface sampling. Prepared reports with photos and observations and recommendations. If property test clean a clearance certificate is issued.
- Warranty Inspections: Through testing and inspections we confirm source of contamination to determine liable parties. Prepare detailed protocols to ensure remediation is preformed correctly. Provide post remediation clearance testing.

Our services will allow the builder to have any problematic conditions identified and rectified with a clearance certificate issued indicating the property is free of microbial hazards with scientific tests to prove problematic conditions do not exists. In most cases water intrusion and surface molds can be remediated by the builder without the expense of a remediation contractor.
Testing and remediation concerns are handled professionally and expediently so as not to hold up the sales process; whether before the walkthrough or during the warranty period.
