Renters and buyers are often scared out of a contract if an environmental issue, usually mold, is found in a space.
Allow ESI to perform an inspection early in the selling process to identify any environmental issues. Once all concerns are remedied, ESI can issue a Clearance Certification to document for any interested buyers that the space is free of microbial and biological hazards and is safe for occupancy. This is a proactive way to help ensure environmental concerns will not negatively sway buyers.
