ESI works with realtors and their clients to ensure a smooth transition for the buyer and seller during their real estate transactions. We have a response team of specialists that discuss and establish a prioritized plan of action to accommodate all entities involved.
Renters and buyers are often scared out of a contract if an environmental issue, usually mold, is found in a space. Allow ESI to perform an inspection early in the selling process to identify any environmental issues. Once all concerns are remedied, we will issue a clearance certificate to prove to all interested buyers that the space is free of microbial and biological hazards and is safe for occupancy. This is a proactive way to help ensure that environmental concerns will not negatively sway buyers.

One of our Certified Indoor Environmentalists could answer any of your questions, as well as provide information on how to avoid or diffuse escalated situations with prospective buyers or tenants.
